Breakfast is served at your choice of time between 7-9 AM Monday through Friday and from 8-10 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy our charming breakfast room or formal dinning room and be served with our classic, fine china. The original windows and beautiful French doors engulf the room in sunlight creating a bright and warm atmosphere for your delicious gourmet breakfast.
Our dining room is just one of our gathering places. Sip on a fresh brewed local cup of coffee and read the morning paper in our elegant parlor or choose to enjoy the nice weather in traditional rocking chairs on our Victorian front porch or surrounded by beautiful gardens on our outdoor patio. It is the scene for amiable breakfasts and meeting other guests of the Inn.
Breakfast always begins with a special fruit dish and a variety of homemade breads and muffins. An enticing full selection breakfast menu features daily chef’s specials with several side options. Past entrees have included Eggs Benedict ala Negley, Crêpes with sugared strawberries, mascarpone cream, and maple syrup, or Potato Caches with poached Eggs Smoked Salmon and Spinach. We feature local Italian roast La Prima coffees. Tea drinkers rejoice! We offer a choice of more than two dozens kinds of Stash Teas, sachets and loose.
Special diets, including vegan, and gluten free can be accommodated. Please inform us when making your reservation or give us 48 hours notice.
For guests who need to depart before breakfast, we will provide an expanded continental including our homemade goodies & seasonal fresh fruit, or you can arrange a “to-go” breakfast.

Whether you are planning an intimate wedding, bridal or baby shower, afternoon high tea, wine tasting, luncheon, dinner or cocktail party, or corporate retreat, the accredited chefs at the Inn on Negley can work with you to create a one of a kind menu, or you may choose to design your menu with one of your preferred caterers.
We feature two professionally trained chefs – Jackie Karkowsky and Albert Cappuccio. Both are known for their gourmet pastries, breads and cakes as well as unique formal and casual dinners, Hors d’oeurves and cocktails. Special consideration is devoted to the theme and presentation of your event.
